We are Medito Foundation. We are a non-profit organisation, and we believe meditation can positively transform our lives. No one should have to pay for it. We are dedicated to helping people cope better with depression, stress, anxiety, and any other negative state of mind.
Practising meditation can help reduce anxiety and stress as well as improve attention, sleep and general well-being. We are committed to providing a free meditation app because meditation should not be behind a paywall.

Mindfulness can help reduce anxiety & stress, enhance cognition, attention & memory, improve sleep, improve general wellbeing, and a lot more.
You can harness these benefits using the simple practice of meditation.
We are building an app for people who want to learn how to be more mindful or to deepen their meditation practice. You can learn how to meditate, discover different meditation techniques such as loving-kindness meditation, mantra meditation, mindfulness of breathing meditation and walking meditation.
What about sleep?
Sleep plays a vital role in good health and well-being throughout your life. Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. We are frequently adding sleep content in the Medito app to help you (hopefully) sleep better and have a more restful sleep.
For now, you can discover techniques to help you fall asleep and sleep better, such as Progressive muscle relaxation, mindful breathing, visualisation, and body scan meditation. Soon we'll be adding free sleep sounds, free sleep stories, and more free sleep meditations to help you improve your sleep! Yes, all for free, forever.
