About Payments Notebook: Subs, Bills

Money leaves several accounts every month. The more cards you hold, the more the dates and amounts drift apart. This app keeps them in one notebook.

WHEN AND HOW MUCH LEAVES EACH ACCOUNT
One card per bank account. Payments drawn from the same account are added up for you. If the payment day falls on a weekend or a holiday, it is shown on the next business day (you can also choose the previous day, or no shift).

WILL IT COVER IT?
Write down the balance you saw in your passbook or banking app, and the app tells you "short by X" or "covered (X left)". For an account with no balance written down, it says nothing either way.

IF YOU BUY WITH THIS CARD TODAY
Enter the closing day and the app shows the date it will be charged. The more cards you hold, the harder this is to keep in your head.

WHO IT IS FOR
- Subscriptions and credit cards have multiplied and the payment dates are all different
- You want to see at a glance which account pays what, and when
- You want to know whether an account will cover a payment before the day it is drawn
- You want to know how much more to spend to waive an annual fee
- You want rent and utilities in the same notebook

BY WHEN, HOW MUCH MORE
Enter a spending target, such as the amount that waives your annual fee, and you get what is left before the deadline, plus a rough per-month and per-day pace. Some spending is usually excluded (e-money top-ups, taxes, annual fees), so a reminder is shown as well. The rules differ by card, so please check with your card issuer.

RENT AND UTILITIES TOO
For amounts that are the same every month, enter them once and you never have to type them again.

YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS, IN THE SAME APP
Monthly total, breakdown by category, the ones you never use, price rises, free-trial end dates. Pick the card a subscription is paid with and it flows into that account's total.

EXAMPLE
1. Enter payments for each account: cards, subscriptions, rent and so on
2. Add the payment day and the amount, and each account's total comes together on one card
3. Write the balance you saw, and the app tells you whether it is covered
4. Enter the closing day, and you can see when today's card purchase will be charged
5. To review subscriptions, start from the monthly total and the ones you never use

IN DAILY LIFE
- Before payday, check that an account will not run short when the payments leave
- Before starting a new subscription, see what the monthly total already is
- Do not miss the end of a free trial or a price rise
- When you use several cards, remember which account each one is drawn from

FAQ
Q. Does it connect to my bank or card company?
A. No. There is no connection and no login.
Q. Do I enter passwords or card numbers?
A. No. We never ask for passwords, PINs or card numbers. Only the last 4 digits of a card can be added, and only if you want.
Q. Does it know my balance by itself?
A. No. The balance is a number you wrote yourself. For an account with none written down, it says nothing either way.
Q. What happens when a payment day is on a weekend or holiday?
A. It is shown on the next business day. You can also choose the previous business day, or no shift.
Q. Where is my data stored?
