- Find bugs and crashes users report after a release: sort by newest and filter by the app version.
- Plan your roadmap from the features people ask for most.
- Study competitors: what do their users love and what makes them leave a one-star review?
- Check your support: see how many Google Play reviews got a developer reply.
- Analyse with AI or spreadsheets: paste the CSV into ChatGPT or Claude, or build pivot tables in Excel and Google Sheets.

Reviewer names are left out. The CSV is UTF-8, so emoji and every language display correctly in Excel.
Countries and languages
Both stores keep separate reviews for each country, and Google Play also for each language. Export each market you care about on its own, for example Turkey + Turkish, then Germany + German.
Limits
Up to 500 reviews per export. That's also where the App Store's public review feed stops for each country. Results are cached for an hour, so exporting the same app again is instant.
