About Baby Sleep Time Guide

Tap when the baby falls asleep, tap when they wake. From that, and from your own baby's rhythm, a rough time for the next sleep.

- One tap to record
- "Asleep" when they go down, "awake" when they get up
- Times can be corrected afterwards
- Feeds and nappies are deliberately not added. Recording is kept as light as possible

- A guide that emerges from your own record
- Once about three days are in (six sleep stretches), a rough time for the next sleep is shown, based on your own baby's record
- A short reason is written alongside it, such as "the last nap was on the short side, so this is earlier than usual"
- Until enough is recorded, a general rough guide for the first month or two is shown for reference, with its source

- Honest, and never blaming
- When the guide is wrong, nothing turns red and nothing marks a cross
- Nothing here is stated as a certainty. It is a rough guide
- This is not medical advice and this app is not a medical device. For anything about your baby's health or development, please talk to the people you usually turn to

- Quiet at night
- Notifications are silent overnight (22:00 to 06:00 by default), and the hours can be changed

- Made to be safe to use
- Everything stays inside this device only (nothing is sent anywhere at all)
- No account is needed
- No ads
- The record, the timeline and the next-sleep guide are all yours to use

- About the in-app purchase
- A one-time purchase opens the weekly summary (total sleep for the week, how it is moving, how close the guides came)
- There is no subscription. You pay once
- Without it, the main features work as they are

- Who it is for
- Your baby's sleep times are all over the place and you cannot tell when the next one is
- Detailed baby logs were too much, and feeds and nappies never stuck
- You want to log with one hand, even with a foggy head in the middle of the night
- You want to show a partner or family the current rhythm at a glance
- You want a quiet app that never blames you when a guess is off

- An example of how to use it
1. When the baby falls asleep, tap "Asleep"
2. When they wake, tap "Awake" (you can correct the time afterwards)
3. After about three days of records, a rough time for the next sleep appears
4. Read the short reason (for example, the last nap was short, so this is earlier) and get ready
5. If you want the weekly summary, you can choose the one-time Plus purchase

- Why we do not add more to record
- Only two taps: asleep and awake. Keeping it up matters most
- There are no fields for feeds, nappies or weight
- The timeline lets you look back over the day's sleep afterwards

- Kind wording
- When the guide is off, no blaming words and no red crosses
- The guide is only a guide. When it is off, that is simply your baby's own rhythm
- Overnight notifications are off from 22:00 to 06:00 by default, and the hours can be changed
