You do not have to talk a lot every day. One line a day is something you can keep up. Couples Diary is a quiet shared diary for a partner or a spouse.

2. Tell your partner the phrase. When they enter it, the two of you are connected
3. Write your line for the day
4. When you have both written, the other person's line opens
5. Read back the lines you have exchanged in your shared record
6. Register an anniversary, and a quiet word arrives the day before
