- Press "this is hard right now" and a card of gentle words opens across the whole screen
- Kind cards are there from the start

- Cards of your own
- Write the words that hold you up, and keep them as your own cards
- Read them again when things are calmer

- Nothing hurries you, nothing blames you
- There are no notifications
- There are no streaks and no celebration effects
- There is a quick way to reach a phone number you have set, and the emergency number, for when it is needed

- Made to be safe to use
- Everything stays inside this device only (nothing is sent anywhere)
- No ads
- Every feature is free
- This app is not a medical device. It is not intended for treatment or diagnosis; it shows you words you have chosen. If difficult feelings continue, or in an emergency, please contact a medical provider or your local emergency number

Making your own cards
- Create one from a template, from your own words, or as a "medication spot" note

Contacts and helplines
- Save a name and phone number, and one button calls them
- There is also a button to call the emergency number
- In the Japanese interface the app also lists Japanese helplines. In other languages it suggests your local emergency number and a local helpline

Handy settings

- A one-time optional way to support the maker sits deep in settings. It never locks anything

What’s new

Version 1.2.2 · Updated October 31, 2026

On iPad and other wide screens, the card list now uses two columns and the main button is larger and centered, leaving less empty space. Record dates and times now display in a natural format for your language. For languages other than Japanese, the emergency section now points you to your own local emergency number (the Japan-specific 119 number and helplines only show in Japanese). Removed a duplicated "+" symbol on the card-creation button.
