BREATHING GUIDE (FREE)
- Follow a circle that expands and contracts: in, hold, out
- Choose from several rhythms, such as 4-7-8, box, and slow
- No sound or voice needed; it works with your eyes alone

SLEEP SOUNDS (22 AMBIENT SOUNDS)
- Rain, waves, brown noise and more. 3 sounds are free
- Layer up to 5 sounds into your own mix (2 at a time when free)
- Timer of 15, 30, 60 or 90 minutes, or a set clock time, with a gentle fade-out
- Keeps playing when the screen is off. Every sound is synthesized by us from math, with no recordings

MEDITATION (6 SESSIONS BY MOOD)
- Pick how you feel: before bed, buzzing, untangling, resting, before focus, just right now
- Listen to the script read aloud by your device's voice, in a shorter or longer length
- 2 background music tracks. Your history stays on your device. 1 session (resting) is free

YOGA (12 POSES)
- Original line drawings with how-to steps and cautions. 5 poses are free
- A practice timer per pose, and a routine that plays poses in order
- If you feel pain or discomfort, stop right away

WHAT IS FREE, AND HOW IT WORKS
- The breathing guide is entirely free
- Sounds, meditation and yoga each have a free portion. The rest unlocks per pack with a one-time purchase, or all packs at once
- If you bought the earlier "Support Sakura" purchase, all packs are already unlocked
- Data stays on your device. Nothing is sent out, and there are no ads
