More Good Days provides you with evidence-based skills and knowledge to help you reduce your pain, improve mental and emotional wellbeing, and regain your independence.


At the core of your journey with More Good Days is our neuroscience and psychology-based pain management program, a series of 10 mini-courses that you can complete at your own pace.

Every mini-course will introduce a new topic that will help you gain specific knowledge, tools and skills to identify and manage your unique pain activators, improve function, and move towards living a healthier, more fulfilling life.

To set you up for success, your program also includes 1:1 therapy with a licensed psychologist.

And if you like talking science like we do, you might also recognize some of tried-and-true concepts and approaches that have informed our program like Therapeutic Pain Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and more.
