Designed and developed specifically for young adults! doze is a free sleep self coaching app that aims to support you to achieve a better night’s rest. It enables you to better understand your sleep patterns and make changes for improvements. Doze is based from a research project led by sleep scientists and funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. This research-derived and validated app was co-designed with young adults and tailored for individual sleep concerns.
How does it work:
