Together with a team of European and Ukrainian mental health professionals, we have combined effective tools and approaches to provide you with psychological support. We have also provided the opportunity for self-control over the therapy process and the determination of time for self-improvement. At the same time, metacognitive strategies will help you become aware of and manage your own thoughts and beliefs.
