The Solfeggio journey
Each journey follows the same ascending sequence: 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852 and 963 Hz. Each frequency receives an equal share of the session.

Listen your way
Timed sessions stop automatically. Playback continues in the background or with your screen locked. Adjust the tone volume separately and listen alongside Spotify or another audio app, depending on your device and the other app's audio behaviour. Only Hz is independent of Spotify and is not affiliated with it.

Internet and audio
Audio streams in lossless FLAC from validated 48 kHz, 24-bit masters. An internet connection is required; offline playback is not available. A free three-minute session uses about 7–8 MB of audio data. Longer sessions use more, so consider Wi-Fi if your mobile data is limited.
