About Canopie: Mental health, pregnancy and postpartum

We've worked with clinical psychologists and moms to design a program to help you weather life's most physically and emotionally demanding journey. We all need to take care of our mental health and this app will teach you techniques to help you think about yours.

We'll teach you about how to activate your soothing system, which can help you feel calmer in the moment, and if you're nursing, will help your milk flow. You'll also learn techniques that can help you understand and manage challenging thoughts and feelings, think about your relationships and how to get the support you need and we'll also share some practical strategies for managing some of the most common challenges during pregnancy and in the first year postpartum.
