Absolutely love this app!!! The workouts are wonderful and the app is so user friendly. In the month that I've been following EM I've had wonderful results in healing my diastis recti and regaining strength at 4 months posypartum. Can't say enough good things about EM and just wish I'd started earlier!!

It seems so simple. But the strengthening is very evident. My belly looks flatter. My posture is improving. I'm so glad I found this program. It's exactly what I was looking for to safely strengthen my core after 3 full-term pregnancies!

This app has changed my life. My DR is almost closed. The core compressions and work outs are very well guided and vary everyday so you don't get bored and it stays challenging. I like the progress markers as well. Overall great app, would highly recommend.

Made an amazing difference to my core. Been doing the exercises for over 100 days now, love that you tick each day off as you complete the exercises.

Many things to compliment here. I saw a physical therapist a couple years ago for this very reason. This is extremely on point! This is outstanding and not even a fraction of the cost.
