Equilibrium is an application inspired from Tai Chi practice, a discipline where mind and body coordinates to create a deep state of wellbeing.
Just like meditation, using Equilibrium everyday for a few minutes can help to release stress, calm your mind, increase self awareness and the ability to stay focused.
With this app we propose you three different exercises, each one supported by a tutorial.
After multiple test sessions on a small sample of users, 77% of them reported a general calm state and positive sensations after just five minutes of use.
