Welcome! 29k sessions is a free app with open or private sessions for mental health, wellbeing and inner development to accelerate sustainable behaviors for people and planet. Please observe that 29k sessions is under construction and in early access stage.
In this version you’ll find evidence-based exercises to work on your mental wellbeing and inner capacities, together with others. We host live sessions with different themes everyday of the week, and you can also host your own sessions with friends or colleagues. In the sessions you get to practice skills as acceptance, relationship skills, value-based behaviors, decision-making and more transformative skills for sustainable development
Join open live sessions with accredited hosts (i.e.psychologists, facilitators or trained volunteers). Invite your community, friends or colleagues and host your own private sessions in the app or around the kitchen table. Get inspired by others’ reflections, and share your own story and reflections.
29k sessions is firmly grounded in psychological research for coping with life in both ups and downs, feeling good and thrive. There are no in-app purchases and no advertising. We always put privacy and safety first so you can focus on your mental health and inner development.
We are a non-profit organisation on a mission to make all the amazing research and tools on mental health, behavioral change, wellbeing, and inner development accessible for all.
