Nutrition:
A blend of educational and semi-therapeutic nutrition coaching from a certified nutritionist and trainee counsellor. Not only will we set nutrition goals where applicable, but work on specific behaviour change coaching surrounding your personal nutrition challenges. Using your personal vault, you will explore personally assigned exercises and habit building techniques, in order to not only reach your goals, but finally bring you to a place of making peace with food and your body for good.
Programming:
Log your exercise/training, performance and strength progression in-app, including form analysis directly with your coach. A personalised and progressive plan based on your gym or home circumstances, assigned and adjusted based on your performance and ability. Ensuring your personal enjoyment and goals are kept at the forefront, as well as consistent education through the process of moving through your programme. You will also have access to a dedicated video library of all assigned exercises, ensuring you feel confident in your assigned exercise and able to progress.
Support:
In depth weekly 1-1 check ins directly with your coach, through in depth reflective/journal style check in form, and video feedback. These check ins are designed to move you closer to your personal goals, reflect, review and adjust where necessary, as well as recognise and celebrate wins throughout the process. You will have direct access to your coach between check ins via message and voice note, plus additional call booking of up to 80 mins per month as and when you need. In addition to your direct support, you will also have access to the Align Mind & Body community, where we will host a weekly podcast/Q&A, as well as in depth educational webinars to further support your nutrition, behaviour change, mindfulness and training education.
