RoundTally keeps your window cleaning round on your own phone: who is due, in what order, what they pay, and who still owes you. There is no account to make and no subscription to keep up, and nothing of yours sits on our servers — because we do not have any.

THE MORNING
Open the app and today's jobs are already lined up in your working order, as numbered pins on the map and as a list underneath. Work down the list. Tick a job done and RoundTally asks how they paid. Take cash or a bank transfer and the day's takings climb with a clink of coins; choose 'Collect later' and it goes quietly onto the Owed tab, no fanfare. Rained off, or nobody in? Push the job back and it steps aside for today — it is on tomorrow's round again, and pushing a job back never resets that customer's cycle.

EVERY CUSTOMER ON THEIR OWN CYCLE
Put each customer on 4 weekly, 6 weekly, 8 weekly, or type your own number of weeks. The next clean is counted from the day you actually cleaned, so a job done late simply moves the following one along with it. Anything overdue keeps showing up on today's round until it is done — as a fact, not a telling-off. Search your customer list by name, address or area, and sort it by who is due next.

MONEY OWED, IN ONE PLACE
Every "I'll pay you next time" goes on the Owed tab under that customer's name, with how much it is and how many weeks it has been outstanding. Take part of it if that is all they have on them and the rest stays on the book. At the end of the day you get one card: jobs done, cash, bank transfer, money collected off the book, and anything new that went unpaid.

TEXTS THAT YOU SEND
Pick tomorrow's jobs, or the customers who still owe you, and RoundTally opens your phone's texting app with the message already typed out in plain English. You read it and press send yourself — the app never sends anything on your behalf. The morning reminder can tell you how many jobs you are on for, and it shows numbers only, so no customer names appear on your lock screen.

Your round, your prices and your payment history sit on this phone. Today's round, taking payments and the owed book all work with no signal at all. The only part that needs the internet is the map: turning an address into a pin, and loading map tiles while you look at them. Export your whole round to CSV or take a full JSON backup any time, bring a round in from a spreadsheet or another app in seconds, and wipe the lot off the phone whenever you want.
