Morning Check-in & Dream Journal
We ask three simple questions about how you slept, how you felt, and how you dreamt so you can create a habit creating the time to reflect on your sleep and improve dream recall. This can be used as a dream journal. It can be used as a mindful moment to start your day.
It will be easy to record your dreams because you’ve created a habit of creating space for them.
Dream Practices
DreamWell offers guided meditations whether you want to achieve lucid dreaming, have more vivid dreams, gain insight from your dream or need space for dream interpretation. We have practices based upon different methodologies including dream hypnosis, mnemonic induction of lucid dreams (MILD), and senses induction of lucid dreams (SILD).
We have something for everyone, whether you are new to paying attention to your dreams or have an established dream practice.
Mindfulness Practices
Mindfulness can help you stress less, sleep better, have more vivid dreams, improve dream recall, or even achieve lucid dreaming. It can reduce anxiety and help you fall asleep fast.
We offer guided meditations that teach basic mindfulness, body scans, progressive muscle relaxations, non-judgement, and gratitude.
Timeless Techniques for Sleep and Dreams
We offer simple techniques designed to help you fall asleep and dream. These include breathing techniques and breathing exercises like 478 breathing, 234 breathing, boxed breathing, and cognitive shuffling.
Sleep sounds and relaxing music
We’ve created sleep sounds and sleep music design to help you fall asleep and get deep sleep. We offer white noise, pink noise, grey noise, and brown noise. We have a collection of sleep sounds like rain sounds, ocean waves, and nature sounds.
Subscription, pricing, and terms
DreamWell offers two subscriptions. $12.99 per month or $69.99 per year. These subscriptions are auto-renewing, but can be cancelled at any time. Either of these subscriptions will provide you with unlimited access to DreamWell’s content library while you maintain the subscription. These prices are for customers in the United States. Pricing in other countries may vary and may be converted to your local currency.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment will be charged to the credit card connected to your iTunes Account when you confirm the initial subscription.
