Volvo truck is a global truck manufacturing company owned by Volvo, headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden. Its products include trucks, semi-trailer trucks, tow trucks, mini trucks, garbage trucks, dump trucks, concrete mixers, box trucks, and truck cups. In 2016, Daimler AG became the world's largest truck manufacturer. They have an important place in the Swedish market with Scania AB.

As a result of new decisions taken by the Volvo Group on 1 January 2012, Volvo trucks ceased to be a separate company. They were replaced by Renault Trucks (ACMAT and Panhard), Mack Trucks, Dongfeng Motor, Eicher Motors, and UD Nissan Diesel, Volvo Group Trucks. In 1975 Volvo bought the automobile division (now known as VDL Nedcar) from the DAF company. The previous entity, Autocar Company, was sold in 2001.

Volvo introduced its first truck production lines in 1928. In 2016 Volvo truck had more than 52,000 employees worldwide. With its global headquarters in Gothenburg, Volvo truck manufactures and assembles trucks at eight assembly plants, at nine plants. Volvo trucks produce and sell more than 190,000 units per year.

Volvo truck cabins are produced in Umeå in northern Sweden and Ghent, Belgium, while engines are made in the central town of Skövde. Alongside some smaller plants, Volvo has Volvo truck assembly plants in Sweden (Gothenburg - also Headquarters), Belgium, USA, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, China, India, and Russia. Some small factories are jointly owned. Volvo Truck's main parts distribution center is located in Ghent, Belgium. There are seven continents with sales offices and dealers: Latin America, North America, Europe North, Europe South, Africa/Middle East, and Asia/Oceania.
