Mandala: Symbols used for ritual and meditation are thought to represent the building block of the universe in Hinduism and Buddhism. Mandala means 'circle' in Sanskrit. Looking at the origin of the word, "Buffalo" refers to energy or essence, and "La" refers to the concept of a ship; Mandala, on the other hand, can be defined as "the container that stores/contain energy."

In Tibet and India, monks draw mandalas in different shapes using various materials such as sand and stone. Rare mandalas, which can take days or even weeks to complete, are considered part of the spiritual development of monks.
