Fendt Tractor is a company that manufactures agricultural implements and tractors, founded in 1937 by Xaver Fendt Tractor in Germany. Their first production started in the blacksmith workshop of the father of the Fendt Tractor brothers, with several 6 HP tractors that could pull a single plow.
Fendt Tractor continued production in 1937 with 16 horsepower tractors named Dieselross F 18. When the calendars showed the year 1949, the monthly tractor production in the Fendt Tractor workshop had reached 20 units.
In 1953, Fendt Tractor won the German agriculture award with its 12 HP tractor and trailer. The company switched to the Favorit 1 model in 1958 and started to use a new transmission that could reach high speeds and a 40-horsepower engine in this model.
In 1975, Fendt Tractor produced a tractor series with three different engines of 42,50 and 65 horsepower, specially designed for wine producers and fruit growers.
A year after this date, the production of the comfortable Fendt Tractor Favorit LS model with high-tech and 6-cylinder engines started. The horsepower of the tractors in this series was up to 250 horsepower.
In 1980, Fendt Tractor started to produce tractors based on what 300 farmers defined as what a tractor should have. In these conditions, it would reach a speed of 40 km per hour, have a braking system on four tires, have a Fendt Tractor chromatic and comfortable cabin, and have rubber tires.
Accordingly, the company launched the Fendt Tractor 380 GTA model. The company, which started production under these conditions, continued its production on strong enough tractors to meet all kinds of needs and be used in all agricultural work.
It is not surprising that the Fendt Tractor brand, which meets the needs of manufacturers and introduces low-cost products to the market, has the world's most modern tractor factory and produces very powerful modern tractors.
