About Skateboard Wallpapers

The skateboard shapes the body of the skateboard and creates the standing area. It is coated with self-adhesive sandpaper to prevent it from slipping quickly under the skater's foot by creating more friction with the skater's foot. The first boards were hand-shaped by their owners, such as tabletops, shelves, etc., Made from pieces of furniture. New shapes were designed and created by inclining these parts, which were flat at first in some regions.

Most boards are made from 7 layers of cross-linked Canadian maple. It is possible to produce even stronger skateboards by adding more exotic materials such as fiberglass, bamboo, carbon fiber to the raw material in order to strengthen the wood, make it lighter and increase its performance from time to time. In general, boards are produced in widths and dimensions of 19 to 20.5 cm. The width of a board is determined by the personal preference of the person who will use it. Most people like to use 19 to 20.5 cm boards for street-style strapping and wider boards for ramp sliding. Skateboards are generally 71 to 84 cm long.

Skateboard models called longboards have longer boards. "Old school" boards (modern boards made in the 1970s - 1980s and imitating them today) are usually larger and have only a single tail section. Models from the 1970s had little or no concaves, while models from the 1980s had deeper concaves and more valuable tails.

Most skateboards are concave in the torso at the nose and tail. In concave boards, the top of the sides (where the skater steps on) is hollow. This dimple allows the feet to control the board more quickly and increases flexibility, making the board more stable.
