8Sense Meditation is simple, yet adaptably dynamic to one’s own inspiration. As a 20 minute practice, it begins as an empty framework system of eight 2.5 minute slots into which you insert specific focal points. The sequence of eight progressing items provides the nature of graduating from the tangible to the intangible, from physical to spiritual, with an overriding intent of moving your awareness from what you sense around you to what you sense deep within, producing a stronger connection to the Divine and to your Higher Self.
The recommended starting point suggests the following eight items. The order of which is not necessarily stringent, but you will notice that it starts with a few generally acknowledged physical senses and moves you to areas that are regarded as less physical, finishing with a powerful moment of letting go of everything you encountered along the way.
