About Glow Fast Cycle

Glow Fast Cycle is an intermittent fasting timer built around a smooth animated countdown ring. The ring visually splits your day into fasting and eating windows, so you always know exactly where you are in your schedule.

The app supports multiple fasting protocols. Switch between them from the main screen and the timer adjusts instantly. A clear phase indicator shows whether you are currently fasting or in your eating window, along with the time remaining in each phase.

Progress arcs animate as your session advances, giving you a satisfying visual sense of how far you have come and how much time is left. Everything updates in real time without needing to refresh or navigate away.

All data is stored locally on your device. No account, no registration, no server connection of any kind. The app works fully offline from the first launch.

Visual customization is built in. Choose from multiple named color themes, two light and two dark, each represented by a color dot so you can see the difference at a glance. Font size can be set to Small, Medium, or Large depending on your preference. You can also set your preferred date format and choose which tab the app opens on by default.

A profile section lets you pick from a set of illustrated avatars to personalize your experience.

The interface is clean and uses no emoji, relying on crisp vector icons and a decorative background to create a polished, readable layout across all Android devices.
