A program designed around your schedule, your preference and your goals, everything we do will be designed to make the changes to your body that you have told me you want.
Every exercise will have a dedicated tutorial video so you know exactly what you need to do with the click of a button.
I’ll design a nutrition plan that revolves around your lifestyle and goals to help maximise your results.
And I will provide you with all the necessary resources to help you along the way (meal plans, recipe books, restaurant guides, video tutorials and more)
I will be a message away, whether it’s an unexpected meal out that you hadn’t factored in, you’ve had to skip a workout or you just need a bit of motivation.
I’m there to guide you, help you adjust and make sure we’re making progress.
All of this will be housed in the CW Fitness App in which you get your own log in details for your own personal account. Your progress tracking, check-ins, training plans, nutrition plans and resources will all be in one convenient place.
