EVIDENCE-BASED NUTRITION
The non-training related key to achieving your physique goals, and the likely reason you haven't, is nutrition; you can't out-train poor nutrition! Evidence-based nutrition means that rather than relying on our own opinions, beliefs, and what we see on social media about nutrition, we follow the most current and reputable scientific evidence to learn what the best nutritional protocols are to achieve our physique goals.
SCIENCE-BASED TRAINING
Bro-science advice, though often well-intentioned, is rampant in gyms. You should always train to failure, right? No days off! High-reps? Low-reps? You have to confuse the muscle for it to grow! Science-based training means that we follow the most current and reputable science when designing an effective training program to achieve our physique goals. It also means that we are maintaining a training log to evaluate our progress and set new PRs. That said, you can’t out-science hard training! The keys are consistency and doing the work.
PRIVATE COACHING
I offer two levels of private coaching to achieve your physique goals. The first level is nutrition coaching where we design your evidence-based nutrition protocol so you know exactly how to eat. The second level adds training where we design your science-based training program so you can train smart, effectively, and with confidence.
