Using my interactive app, I am able to streamline communication and check in data. Send out workouts, that can be followed and tracked within the app, along with video tutorials on performing the exercise! The diet will be sent direct through the app as well, and it will even generate a shopping list for you based off the food choices within the plan.

Utilizing this technology makes the process of working with me so much easier on both the client side and allows me to take on more people. I take great pride in knowing the platform will help people stay on track and communicate data more efficiently, which in the long term is better for everyone.
