My Story

I have been in the health and fitness industry for the past 10 years. I got involved after having my daughter, I was at my lowest point because of how much my body had changed. I didn’t recognize me anymore (can you relate) I felt so lost and trapped and my confidence was at an all time low. The crazy thing was I remember being so scared to start because of how I thought weightloss should be. I thought it was all restriction, boring bland foods and loads of exercise that I didn't enjoy (I mean that would put anyone off right?) but I soon realised it didn't have to be, that I could get results fitting it into my lifestyle with an understanding that it was a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Now my passion is to pass on my knowledge and learning over the years to you, so that you can live a life of FREEDOM, CHOICE, UNDERSTANDING but most importantly get your CONFIDENCE back.
