About Plafond
Plafond tells an Italian flat-rate freelancer the two things that actually matter: how much room is left before the €85,000 ceiling, and how much is left to spend each month.
THE CEILING, AT A GLANCE
The solid arc is what you have banked. The faint one behind it is where the year lands if it carries on like this. Colour and weight move with the forecast, so a year that is tightening is visible before you read a single figure.
THE NET YOU CAN ACTUALLY SPEND
Not just the substitute tax and the contributions. Also what you set aside yourself — the mortgage, the pension top-up, the insurance — because the net that counts is what is left after the promises you have already made.
EXPECTED RECEIPTS, WEIGHTED
Record what you are waiting for and how solid it is: certain, possible, potential. A signed job counts in full, a possible at 60%, a potential at a third, and your own average covers the months the pipeline says nothing about. A wall of maybes will not move the dial the way a contract does.
CASH-BASIS LEDGER
Twelve amounts, one per month: the money that landed, not the invoices you issued. That is how the scheme is taxed, and it is all you have to type.
THE RATES ARE YOURS
Profitability coefficient, substitute tax at 5% or 15%, separate scheme or traders and artisans, fixed quota, minimum base, the 35% reduction, even the ceiling itself: these are settings with a starting value, not constants. The budget law moves them, and so can you.
WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
No account. No sign-up. No server. Nothing leaves your phone: your figures stay where you typed them, and the app works exactly the same in flight mode.
No permissions requested.
This is an estimate to steer by, not a tax return: your accountant has the last word.
