This app has the purpose to support you in making breath exercises.
You can configure the speed in which you want to breathe and how long you want to exercise. Here you have various configuration possibilities (e.g. increasing the breath duration over time, or holding the breath).
Then you can start the exercise and the app guides you through it, via audio.
The app does NOT give any instructions or visual guidance - it is intended to help at a later point, when you already know what exercise you want to do.
