Wedding Seating Chart - Tafla

Tafla is the wedding seating chart and guest list in one app: who is coming, who eats what, and who sits where. Type your guests the way you say them, track every RSVP, and let Tafla seat everyone in one tap – couples and families together, children between their parents, and Aunt Ruth far away from Uncle Bob.

WHY TAFLA
• Your guest list is never locked. Add as many guests, RSVPs and menu choices as you like – no surprise limit after you typed in 80 names.
• No account, no ads, no ad trackers. Your list stays on your phone.
• Plan together without signing up: send your plan file to your partner or planner, Tafla merges both.

GUEST LIST & RSVP
• Quick entry: “Tom & Lisa Baker” becomes a couple, “Baker family: Tom, Lisa, Mia (child)” a household, “Anna Smith + guest” adds a plus-one.
• Import your list from any spreadsheet (CSV) – columns are recognised automatically – or pick guests from your contacts.
• RSVP with one tap: attending, open, declined – for one guest or the whole household.
• Groups (family, friends, work), whose guest, children and babies, notes.
• RSVP deadline with a reminder three days before, so you know who still has to answer.

MENU CHOICES & ALLERGIES
• Your own menus (beef, fish, vegetarian, kids’ meal …).
• The 14 main allergens of the EU list plus vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, no pork, no alcohol.
• Kitchen view with totals, allergies by name and a per-table breakdown for your caterer.

SEATING CHART
• Draw your room: round, rectangular, banquet and square tables, any number of seats, turned 90°, plus dance floor, stage, buffet, bar, cake and gift table.
• Drag guests onto chairs – or tap a guest, then a table.
• Seating wishes: together, not at the same table, not next to each other.
• Automatic seating fills the whole room in one tap and explains every seat: “Why here? Sits with her husband · 3 more from College friends at this table.”
• Head table and seats you placed yourself stay where they are.
• Plan check before printing: guests without a seat, wishes broken, a child without a grown-up at the table, a declined guest still seated, a table standing on the dance floor.

PRINT & SHARE
• Seating chart with floor plan and every table, A4 PDF.
• Place cards: 8 folding cards per page, name and table.
• Caterer list: menus per table, allergies by name, children.
• “Find your seat”: all guests A–Z with their table.
• Share the seating chart as a beautiful picture with your group chat.
• Export the guest list as CSV for your spreadsheet.

SAFE
• Everything is saved automatically, and Tafla keeps the last 10 versions so you can go back.
• Backup as a file whenever you want.
