Love it!! These exercises are really getting me through my home workouts! I am in love with the gym and was so upset when they closed down because of the COVID 19 virus but this app is helping a lot.
Great stuff and excellent workout selection
I like that I can skip an exercise during the workout and have it auto replaced by another one instead of skipping past it.
Awesome 👍 I like having a countdown rather than having to do a set number of reps...it keeps me motivated.
