Legionella Monitoring Log

WHAT IT DOES
LegioCheck is a private, offline log for the person responsible for Legionella monitoring on a property — plumbers, landlords, and small care-home managers.

• Build an asset register: properties, outlets, sentinel points, calorifiers, TMVs, tanks
• Log monthly sentinel temperatures, weekly flushing, six-monthly tank checks, annual TMV service
• Run a fast monitoring round of a property's due outlets, one outlet at a time
• See what monitoring is due or overdue across your properties
• Get reminders for monthly, weekly, six-monthly and annual tasks
• Record out-of-range readings and the remedial action taken
• Export a dated, audit-ready monitoring PDF covering up to five years
• Keep your records on your own device, and back them up to a single file

WHO IT'S FOR
• Solo plumbers and water-hygiene sole traders
• Landlords and HMO managers keeping a Legionella control record
• Small care-home and nursing-home managers acting as the responsible person

ABOUT THE RECORDS
LegioCheck is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not a risk assessment and not safety or legal advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with ACoP L8, HSG274, or COSHH. The temperatures and frequencies shown are general guidance values — your control scheme must be set by a competent person and your own risk assessment. A complete, dated log helps reduce the risk of a failed inspection or an un-evidenced insurance claim.
