DetailProof: Car Detailing Log

DetailProof is a before/after photo and condition-report tool for mobile car detailers and valeters. Document every vehicle you work on, then send the customer a branded report in one tap.

WHAT IT DOES
- Capture before and after photos for each job, each with a timestamp
- Optional GPS stamp on photos so your records show where the job happened
- Mark pre-existing damage on a vehicle diagram (scratches, dents, chips, scuffs)
- Record odometer, fuel level and items left in the vehicle at intake
- Build a service checklist of the work performed
- Add an optional on-screen customer signature, or note "customer not present"
- Generate a branded PDF report with your logo and contact details, and share it
- Keep a searchable history of customers, vehicles and past jobs
- Add an optional quote or invoice line list per job
- Back up everything to one file and restore it on another phone
- Works fully offline so you can capture and report with no signal

WHO IT IS FOR
- Solo and small-team mobile detailers and valeters
- Anyone who wants a clear before/after record of a vehicle's condition
- Detailers who want a tidy, professional report to send customers

DetailProof produces your own business records. It does not provide legal advice or guarantee admissibility in any dispute. The condition diagram and service checklist record only what you mark or check; they are not a certified or exhaustive inspection.
