Backflow Test Report Log

WHAT IT DOES
Backflow Test Report Log is a private, offline-first log for state-certified backflow assembly testers who file their own annual test reports.

• Track customers, sites, and every backflow assembly you service
• Record RP, RPDA, DC, DCDA, PVB, and SVB tests with the standard fields
• Enter check valve #1 and #2 readings, relief valve and air inlet PSID
• Capture initial and final readings, pass or fail, cause, and repairs
• Keep a full per-assembly test history year over year
• See which assemblies are due soon or overdue for their annual test
• Prepare a signed test report in your water purveyor's layout
• Export a PDF with your certification number, readings, and signature
• Keep your own records on your own device

WHO IT'S FOR
• State-certified backflow prevention assembly testers (BPAT)
• Solo plumbers and route testers who file their own reports
• Testers working across multiple water purveyors and report layouts

YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS
Customers, assemblies, tests, and photos are stored on your device. Backflow Test Report Log is a record-keeping and report-preparation tool. It is not legal or compliance advice and does not guarantee that any report meets your water purveyor's or state's requirements. Report content, accepted layout, pass/fail criteria, and filing deadlines are set by your water authority and state — review and adapt every field to your purveyor's exact form before filing.
