IcePlunge: Cold Shower Timer

WHAT IT DOES

IcePlunge is a single-purpose timer and log for cold showers, ice baths, cold-water swims, and post-sauna contrast plunges.

Core features:
• Circular countdown timer with target presets (30s, 1m, 2m, 3m, 5m, 10m) and custom durations
• Five exposure types: Cold Shower, Ice Bath, Cryo, Cold-Water Swim / Open Water, Post-Sauna Contrast
• 3-round breathing practice with retention-hold timer (dry practice only, with persistent safety reminder)
• Post-session log: mood, energy, and optional next-morning sleep-quality rating
• Weekly-minutes chart tracking the research-backed weekly cold-exposure target
• Photo timeline (snap your thermometer or tub setup; never a selfie requirement)
• Streak tracker and stats trends across mood, energy, and longest retention hold
• Optional daily reminder at your chosen time
• °C / °F toggle
• Local storage — your data lives on your device

WHO IT'S FOR

• Cold-plunge and ice-bath practitioners building a consistent weekly habit
• Cold-water swimmers logging duration, water temp, and how each session feels
• Athletes using cold exposure for recovery
• People trying their first cold shower and want a simple timer that doesn't lecture them

SAFETY

Cold exposure and breath-hold practice reduce — but do not remove — health risk. They can be dangerous for people with cardiovascular, blood-pressure, circulation, thyroid, epilepsy, or pregnancy conditions. Consult a doctor before starting. Never breathe-hold in or near water. IcePlunge is a timer and log; not medical advice.
