Dermal Snapshot Journal

Dermal Snapshot Journal is a private photo log for the moles, freckles and other skin spots you want to keep an eye on. Take a photo with your usual camera app, add it here, and build a dated history for each spot so you can look back at how it appeared over time.

TRACK EACH SPOT SEPARATELY
• Give every spot a name or label, such as Upper Shoulder or Left Forearm.
• Choose the body location from a simple list.
• Note the approximate diameter in millimeters with a slider.
• Describe the color or appearance in your own words and add notes.

A DATED PHOTO HISTORY
• Add a new photo update whenever you check a spot again.
• Earlier entries are never changed, so the history stays exactly as you recorded it.
• Every entry shows its date, time, diameter and notes.

FIRST AND LATEST, SIDE BY SIDE
• Compare the first photo of a spot with the most recent one.
• See the sizes you entered on a simple chart, entry by entry.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Photos are chosen with the Android photo picker and copied into the app's private storage.
• No account, no internet connection, no ads, no analytics.
• Nothing is uploaded or shared. Delete a spot or all data at any time.
