THE ASCENT is a health and wellness app that gives you remote access to a personal trainer, customized workout routines, nutrition guidance and personal development all in one place. Utilizing this app you can begin your journey to optimal health regardless of your current state of wellness and physical abilities.

This app is designed to take you on a journey that will not only help you achieve your present goals but carry you beyond that to achieve your current unimaginable. Whether you are experienced or just beginning we meet you where you are at.

Through this app you will receive a virtual (or in-person, location dependent) static and dynamic postural assessment. A one on one visit with your coach to discuss your goals and establish the exercise and nutrition plan that is right for you. Following this assessment personal training plans will be written that meet your needs, your macronutrient will be calculated and appropriate nutrition guidance will be provided.

The workouts provided with be constantly varied. You will move through one or more of the following modalities: Stabilization, Strength Endurance, Muscular Development, Maximal Strength and/or Power. These modalities will be achieved with the following: calisthenics, plyometrics, weight training, high intensity interval training H.I.I.T. and CrossFit Style routines.

Routines can be 30 minutes to an hour in Length.
