Folga — Shifts and schedules

Your time starts here.

Organise work and make room for your plans. Folga is a local shift calendar for people who want to manage schedules and find time together.

YOUR SCHEDULE, YOUR WAY
Create shift types with custom times, colours and breaks. Use up to four periods for split shifts and explicitly configure extended duties. Fill days individually or repeat a cycle. Add notes and overtime minutes.

PEOPLE AND TEAMS
Keep up to 20 local schedules, group people by team and choose whose days off to compare. Enter schedules or import Folga files. Overnight work from earlier days is considered when identifying full days off.

ADAPTED TO YOUR WORK
Use shift examples for different professions and configure personal limits for rest, hours and consecutive working days. Review planning warnings. These limits do not certify legal or contractual compliance.

SAVE AND SHARE
Export PNG images, CSV, ICS calendar files and local backups. On Android, open a saved period in the device calendar editor to review and save an event.

EVERYDAY SIMPLICITY
• English, French, German, Spanish, European Portuguese and Brazilian Portuguese.
• Light and dark themes.
• No account required.
• Schedules stored on your device and available offline.

Teams and imported schedules are local copies, without automatic sync. Calendar events are also copies. Hours and earnings are simple planned estimates, not payroll calculations. Save backups before uninstalling or switching devices.
