Manually start and end a sleep session to see its duration and recent history. LunaSleep does not claim to detect REM, deep sleep or medical sleep stages.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your favorites, mixes, sleep sessions, reminders and settings stay on your device. LunaSleep does not create an account, use the microphone or upload sleep logs to a LunaSleep server.
LOW-DISTRACTION ADVERTISING
Clearly labeled banner ads may appear in the sound library and reports after your first use. Ads do not appear in onboarding, the mixer, during playback or during an active sleep session. Where required, you can review and change ad privacy choices in Settings.
