About InventoryCheck
InventoryCheck Mobile is the official companion for the InventoryCheck Nextcloud app.
• Scan SKUs and location codes in the field
• Book receive, issue, transfer, and adjust movements
• Bag mode for multi-item van loads
• Offline outbox — never claims success until the server accepts the booking
• Stocktake assist for office seats (not available in shared device mode)
Not included: working-time clock (see ArbeitszeitCheck) or project billing — those stay in sibling apps / the web UI.
Your organisation purchases yearly mobile seats and assigns them in InventoryCheck → Settings → License. Shared floor scanners can be paired with a one-time device code. Without a seat or pairing, the app shows a clear message to contact IT.
