About DutyCheck Roster

DutyCheck is the official mobile companion for published duty rosters on your organisation’s Nextcloud. See your next shifts, acknowledge assignments, claim open shifts, and offer pool swaps — with data staying on the server your employer already trusts.

WHAT YOU NEED
• Your organisation’s Nextcloud server (HTTPS)
• The DutyCheck Nextcloud app installed and enabled
• A DutyCheck Mobile (DTY2) seat assigned to your user — ask your IT
• Optional: Nextcloud Notifications for roster push; ArbeitszeitCheck when leave is linked

WHAT THE APP DOES
• Home: next shifts, confirm / acknowledge published assignments
• My week: scrollable week view of your roster
• Marketplace: claim open shifts and request pool swaps (when enabled)
• Time off: request leave in DutyCheck, or open linked ArbeitszeitCheck absences
• Optional biometric lock and auto-lock when you leave the app

PRIVACY & SECURITY
• No third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
• Roster data stays on your Nextcloud — not on Software by Design servers
• HTTPS required in production builds
• Only a Nextcloud app password is kept, in the device secure store
• On-device roster cache is encrypted
