Our nutrition focus in The Fit Collective relies on a combination of intuitive technique, mindful eating, and recommendations based on your body type and science. This program is not about us telling you what your macros are and recipe lists, it is about encouraging you to trust yourself so that you can design your own food plan with guidance. The nutrition strategy is to help you optimize your lean muscle mass and decrease body fat mass. Our app has the ability to integrate with My Fitness Pal.
Our exercise focus incorporates science-based strength training with core and floor rehab as well as mobility routines. We help you to optimize your ability to move well. Our routines are perfect for the beginner, intermediate and advanced exerciser. The Fit Collective is designed for the busy individual and we take into account that many of you work long hours and travel.
