This is exactly why we created Big Little Kid- A weight lifting club built on culture. It doesn’t matter your skill level. Whether you’re a day one beginner or a veteran lifter, there’s room for everyone. So long as you show up with a positive attitude and help encourage your fellow club members to reach their highest potential.
Every day, you'll be given access to a pre-recorded workout inside of our app, where our industry expert personal trainers will take you through your workout and explain the proper form to use, how much weight you should lift, how many reps you should do, and where you should feel the burn on your body. Think of it like you’re earning a black belt in weight lifting.
