A few words about the Pomodoro technique.
Pomodoro technique has six steps:
1) Decide on the task to be done.

3) Concentrate on the task.
4) End work when the timer rings and take a short break (5 minutes is default value in application).
5) If you have fewer than four pomodoros, go back to Step 2 and repeat until you go through all four pomodoros.
6) After four pomodoros are done, take a long break (15 minutes is default value in application). Once the long break is finished, return to step 2.
This application will help you follow these steps and not deviate from the goal.
The application allows you to customize Pomodoro Length, Short Break Length and Long Break Length and also after how many pomodoros it worth taking a Long Break. You can easily choose exactly those values that are more suitable for you.
