Following a consultation with Martin your programme will be designed specifically for ypu, your ability and your goals, and can be done in your home. It can also include nutrition advice, a calorie target, weekly check-ins with Martin and ongoing assessments and advice. You can also choose positive habits you want to work on as well as those suggested by Martin. After just 12 weeks you will be well on your way to your new healthier, better you.
