And the thing that holds everything in place is the weekly check-ins. You'll fill out a detailed check-in form once a week about mood, hunger, sleep, training... everything. On top of this we do monthly check-in calls to review progress and catchup with each other. This is the accountability you need to stay on top of things, and not lose sight of your goal. I will be looking over
your shoulder and giving you all the support necessary to reach your fitness goal.
