Immichin: Photos on your TV

Immichin brings your self-hosted Immich photo library to the biggest screen in the house. Browse years of memories from the sofa, keep a slideshow running while friends are over, and let guests take the best shots home with a QR code. All with your TV remote.

YOUR WHOLE LIBRARY
• Every photo and video by month, with the places you visited
• Jump to any year or month in a couple of clicks
• Albums (including ones shared with you), People, Places, Favorites and Videos
• On this day: memories from past years at the top of your photos

BIG, SHARP AND DETAILED
• Full-screen photos with their date and place
• Zoom in to see every detail; full-resolution mode adds extra sharpness on 4K TVs
• Details at a glance: camera, lens, exposure, location and who's in the photo
• Videos and live photos play right in the viewer
• Mark favorites without leaving the sofa

SLIDESHOWS AND SCREENSAVER
• Smooth crossfades, an optional Ken Burns pan and zoom, a clock, shuffle, and videos that play along
• Start one from your whole library, your favorites, an album, a person or a place
• Keep your photos on screen as the TV's screensaver

FIND ANYTHING
• Smart search: describe what you remember, like "sunset over the sea" or "dog in the snow"
• Explore a world map of where your photos were taken

SHARE WITH THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM
• Pick photos and videos, and Immichin shows a QR code
• Guests scan it to view and download the originals in their phone's browser, with no app or account
• Sharing stays on your home network by default and stops when you leave the app

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
• Newest Photos and Random Photos rows put your pictures on the TV's home screen

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your photos go straight from your Immich server to your TV, never through us. No ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no account with us. Immichin never uploads, edits or deletes your photos and videos; the only change it makes to your library is marking favorites.

WHAT YOU NEED
• A TV or streaming box with Android TV or Google TV
• An account on an Immich server, such as one you host yourself (Immichin is built for Immich version 3)
• Your Immich email and password, or an API key if your server uses single sign-on
• The map, smart search and People appear when your server has those features turned on
• Home screen rows need a home screen that shows app rows, and the screensaver needs a TV that lets you pick one
