MyMail: Email Done Right

MyMail brings all your email into one beautiful app. Read your personal, work and side-project addresses together in one inbox, each account in its own color, or one at a time. There's no MyMail account to create and nothing in between: MyMail talks to your email provider directly.

ALL YOUR ACCOUNTS, ONE INBOX
• Works with Gmail, Outlook.com, Hotmail, Microsoft 365, iCloud, Yahoo, Fastmail, GMX, mailbox.org, your own server and any other IMAP provider
• Setup finds most providers' settings from your address alone
• Outlook.com, Hotmail and Microsoft 365 sign in with Microsoft. Gmail, iCloud and Yahoo use an app password, and MyMail links to the page where you make one
• All inboxes, Unread, Starred, Snoozed, Drafts and Sent across every account, plus each account's own folders
• Replies come from the address a message was sent to, aliases included

A CALM, CLEAR INBOX
• Conversations, with the messages you've read folded away
• Swipe to archive, delete, snooze, star or move, as you choose, with Undo
• Show only unread, starred or with attachments, and select many messages at once
• Snooze a conversation until later, tomorrow, the weekend, next week or a time you pick
• Priority senders: the people whose mail matters most, with notifications of their own
• Block a sender and their mail goes straight to spam

READING
• Designed mail looks as it should, darkened in the dark theme, original colors a tap away
• Pictures from the internet stay hidden until you allow them, so senders can't tell when you open their mail
• Unsubscribe from mailing lists right from the message
• Hold a link to see where it really goes; misleading links are flagged before they open
• Open, share or save attachments, add invitations to your calendar, and print

WRITING
• Bold, italic, underline, lists, quotes and links
• Contacts suggested from your mail, and from your phone's contacts if you allow it
• Pictures in the message, and attachments from your files, photos or camera
• A signature for each account, Undo send and scheduled sending
• A reminder when you mention an attachment but haven't added one
• Forward a message as an attachment, or edit any message as a new one

NEW MAIL THE MOMENT IT ARRIVES
• New mail arrives instantly while MyMail is open, and even when it's closed if you like
• Notifications for each account, with up to three buttons of your choice: Archive, Delete, Reply, Mark as read, Star or Spam
• A home screen widget with your newest mail

WORKS OFFLINE, FINDS ANYTHING
• Everything you do offline reaches the server when you're back online
• The newest mail is downloaded, so it opens instantly and can be searched without a connection
• Search every account at once by sender, recipient, date or folder, and the server for older mail

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No ads, no analytics, no tracking and no MyMail account
• MyMail talks only to your email providers (and, while you add an account, to Thunderbird's public database of their settings)
• Your passwords stay on your device, encrypted with Android's keystore
• Lock MyMail with your fingerprint, face or screen lock, and hide it from recent apps
• Back up everything to one password-locked file, and restore it on your next phone

DESIGNED FOR ANDROID
• Light and dark themes with a true-black option, and accent colors including your wallpaper's on Android 12 and newer
• Large headers that are easy to reach with one hand, and tidy rounded cards
• The list and the conversation side by side on tablets
• Comfortable or compact lists, and launcher shortcuts

REQUIREMENTS
• Android 8 or newer
• An email account with IMAP and SMTP access, which almost every provider offers
