About The Conscious Method

“There’s a method to my madness.”
Jaclyn Winters is the creator and founder of The Conscious Method. Jaclyn has been teaching fitness, yoga and barre for over 10 years. She is also a certified Nutritionist and wellness coach, and recently launched her Conscious Coaching program.

Conscious Coaching is more than just nutrition. She also guides you on how to set realistic goals, and how to develop a healthy relationship with food. Her ultimate goal is for you to fall back in love with food and your body.

Her love for her clients inspired her to create a method that is safe, challenging, results-driven, and awakening. Her goal is to revolutionize the way people think about their bodies, fitness and the world. She has created a work-in that radiates out, which helps you burn more calories and stay safe in your body as you move. It’s an experience that helps awaken, connect and align your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. You experience this through her cueing, hands-on or virtual adjustments, seamless choreography and musicality. Her goal is to create a community that is aligned and awakened to the higher vibrations of love and light, and share those energies with the world. Her motto: “We are the change."
